GainsSteel® 90-Day Protection

At GainsSteel®, we stand behind the quality of the GainsSteel® Muscle Trainer.
If your product has a verified issue, you may request a return, refund, replacement, or exchange within 90 days from the delivery date.

This policy applies to purchases made through gainssteel.com.


Eligible Return & Refund Reasons

We accept return or refund requests if:

  • The product does not match the information shown on our website.
  • The product arrives broken or damaged.
  • The product cannot be used properly due to a defect or functional issue.
  • The wrong item was delivered.

Proof Required

To help us review your request, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear video proof showing the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging, if available
  • A short description of the problem

Requests without clear proof may be rejected.


Returns We Do Not Accept

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Product no longer wanted
  • Incorrect use of the product
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Missing original parts, accessories, gifts, or packaging
  • Requests made after 90 days from delivery
  • Items returned without approval from our support team

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.


Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described due to our error, we may cover or reimburse the return shipping cost where required by applicable law.

Please do not send any product back before receiving return instructions from us.


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 2–5 business days to your original payment method.

Your bank, card provider, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 90 days from the delivery date for eligible defective, damaged, incorrect, or not-as-described products.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.


Order Cancellation

You may request order cancellation within 4 hours of placing your order.

If your order has not been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a refund.

Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
